Coaching and Training in Organisations
The research carried out by the coaching and training in organisations unit of the ZHAW School for Applied Psychology focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of person-related and condition-related services in an organisational context. Person-related measures such as coaching, mentoring, courses and training or condition-related measures such as organisational development should help individuals and their organisations to be more successful. It is often unclear what measures are suited to a specific problem or how success should be defined and measured. The ZHAW School of Applied Psychology develops basic guidelines in this area and finds specific solutions with the help of the organisations involved.
